Roundbell Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 16, 2026

Roundbell is a timer app for facilitators and group leaders. This policy explains what data the app does and does not collect.

No personal data is collected

Roundbell does not require an account, sign-up, or login. The app does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information, and it does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking services of any kind. Your settings and saved setups stay on your device.

Visit counts on the website

The website at roundbell.me, when opened in a web browser, counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, and does not identify you or track you across sites; it reports aggregate numbers such as how many visits came from which country and which kind of device. This counting does not run inside the Roundbell apps for iPhone or Android, nor in the version added to a phone's home screen.

Data stored on your device

Your timer settings and preferences are stored locally on your own device only, using standard browser storage. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.

Permissions

Roundbell does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, or location.

Third parties

Roundbell does not share any data with third parties, because it does not collect any data to share. The aggregate visit counts described above are processed by Cloudflare under its own privacy policy and contain no personal data.

Children's privacy

Since Roundbell collects no personal data from anyone, this includes children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in the future, for example if a new feature requires collecting data, this page will be updated and the date above will reflect the change.
